Welcome to Our Four-Year-Old/Pre-K Room!

Our Four-Year-Old Room is a dynamic and nurturing space where children are encouraged to become confident, curious learners as they prepare for kindergarten. We use the Creative Curriculum to guide meaningful, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s growth across all areas of development.

At this stage, children thrive on building independence and taking on new challenges. Our Pre-K program is designed to foster that growth with hands-on activities that promote school readiness, problem-solving, and social skills in a warm, supportive environment. In our Four-Year-Old Room, your child will grow into a confident learner, ready for kindergarten and beyond. With the perfect mix of structure, creativity, and independence-building, we help each child shine in their own unique way!

In Our Fours/Pre-K room, children will

Practice early literacy by identifying letters, working on name writing, exploring letter sounds and creating storybooks.

Explore early math through counting games, number recognition, measuring activities and patterning exercises.

Develop fine motor skills through scissor work, tracing and writing activities.

Prepare for kindergarten routines like following multistep directions, working in small groups, and completing structured tasks.
