Hilary Ledbetter
Program Coordinator
Hilary brings a strong background in customer service and healthcare to our team. She manages enrollments, oversees our social media presence, and tackles a variety of administrative tasks with energy and enthusiasm. In addition to her office duties, Hilary spends time in the classrooms each day, building meaningful connections with our kiddos. She’s a proud mom to two biological children and two stepchildren, and she’s engaged to our Lead Cook, Chris. Known affectionately as the “Chaos Coordinator” of the building, Hilary keeps things running with a smile and a sense of humor.
Dannielle Newcomb
Office Manager
Dannielle brings several years of childcare experience to her role as Office Manager. She oversees all accounts receivable and payable, ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Dannielle is also our go-to expert for any questions related to CCDF, offering guidance and support to both staff and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and cheering on her favorite team at baseball games.
Savannah Yuhasz
AM Front Desk Supervisor
​Savannah is the friendly face that greets families and supports staff with care and efficiency. As our Front Desk Supervisor, she helps manage family and staff concerns, along with a wide range of day-to-day operations. Savannah and her son were among the first families to join us when we opened, and she’s been an integral part of our community ever since. Known for her warm smile and can-do attitude, Savannah is always ready to lend a hand wherever she’s needed.
Amanda Vetrano
Curriculum Director
Amanda is dedicated exclusively to developing and creating lesson plans for our teachers. She works closely with staff to ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs and effective classroom behavior management strategies. With over seven years of experience in the childcare field, Amanda brings valuable insight and passion to her role. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mom of two, happily married to the love of her life—and she cares for a lively flock of 20 chickens!
Dylan Scott
PM Front Desk Supervisor
Dylan wears many hats around the building and is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Whether he’s spending time with our school-age friends, helping with laundry, covering bathroom breaks, or greeting parents with a warm smile at the end of the day, Dylan brings a positive presence to every task. His friendly demeanor and can-do attitude make him a valued part of our team.
